When you engage Leadwyre (dead-lead reactivation, lead retrieval, website builds, or dashboard builds), you provide us with business and contact information — including, where relevant, a list of your own leads or customers. We use that information solely to deliver the service you've engaged us for. Your data, and any lead list you provide, is never shared with, combined with, or used for the benefit of any other Leadwyre client.
For lead reactivation services, you remain the data controller of any leads or contacts you provide. Leadwyre acts strictly as your processor, acting on your instructions, for the purpose of re-engaging those contacts on your behalf. We do not acquire, sell, or independently market to any lead list supplied by a client.
Australia's Spam Act 2003 requires a valid consent basis (express or a genuine, current relationship-based inferred consent) before any marketing SMS is sent to a contact. As the business supplying the lead list, you are responsible for confirming that basis exists for every contact on it.
Every SMS sent through Leadwyre includes a working opt-out (reply STOP), and opt-out requests are processed automatically. If a contact opts out, they are permanently excluded from further messages for that campaign.
We retain your data for as long as you're an active client, plus a reasonable period after offboarding for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us — see below.
Client data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure (Supabase, with row-level security) and is not accessible to other clients. We take reasonable steps to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Questions about this policy, or a request to access or delete your data — email hello@leadwyre.com.au.
